Maui

Kahana Keys. Famous for their fresh fish, prime rib, steak and lobster, and awesome earlybird specials. All entrees include their famous 45-plus item salad bar. Happy hour from 2 to 5 p.m. Wear your dancing shoes because the Rhythm Band will have you on the dance floor until the wee hours. Both take-out and children's menus are available.

Lahaina Fish Co. Dinner at the oceanfront Lahaina Fish Co. features fresh seafood. Fresh Hawaiian fish favorites such as ahi, au, kaku, lehi, mahimahi, mano, onaga, ono, opakapaka, uku, and ulua can be prepared in a variety of ways. Combination specials are available that include seafood, prime rib, Italian pasta, steak and chicken. A children's menu is also available.

The Rusty Harpoon. Enjoy an oceanfront breakfast, lunch or dinner with a fantastic view of palm trees swaying with the islands of Molokai and Lanai in the background. This restaurant serves hearty breakfasts featuring a Belgian waffle bar. Lunch specials include hamburgers, sandwiches, homemade gourmet pizzas, and salads. And the dinner menu includes fresh island fish, prime rib, steaks and seafood. Try one of their special daiquiris with flavors such as mango, guava, pineapple, banana, and coconut!

The Big Island

Ken's House of Pancakes. Open 24 hours daily, this is the busiest restaurant in Hilo. Known for its "Good old fashioned service," Ken's offers breakfast all of the time and a host of lunch and dinner selections. Daily chef's specials include many local dishes with light lunches and dinners available for the health conscious.

Kona Surf Resort & Country Club. Enjoy a beautiful sunset along with a prime rib and seafood buffet. Crab legs, fresh fish and shrimp accompany a variety of salads, fruits, and desserts. Their current coupon offer in several of Hawaii's Visitor Guides is good for a free Polynesian Paradise Revue and complimentary Ti Leaf Lei on Tuesdays and Fridays.

Kauai

Charo's. Owned and operated by Charo, the well-known entertainer and guitarist, this restaurant serves fine Mexican and Continental cuisine and fresh island fish. Located on the beach where the movie "South Pacific" was filmed in the town of Haena on Kauai's North shore. The Cuchi Cuchi Cantina, with a wide-screen television for sports fans and live entertainment on Saturday nights, is open from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. daily.
